With immediate effect till 30 June 2020, Kobayashiya will temporarily close all booking channels as a precautionary measure in accordance to the local government recommendations on the COVID-19 (coronavirus) developments.
＜Operation Status of the Public Baths＞
■3 of Kinosaki’s public onsen: Satono-yu, Yanagi-yu, and Mandara-yu are scheduled to be closed until further notice.
■Other 3 public onsen: Ichino-yu, Kono-yu and Jizo-yu are only available to local pass holders and valued ticket holders. Please note, all visitors from outside Toyooka city are not allowed access to the sites.

From overnight stay at our hotel starting on March 31, 2020, all guest rooms will be non-smoking.
We have a smoking corner on the 1st floor within the facility.
We realize that it will be very inconvenient for those who enjoy smoking, but would appreciate your cooperation in advance.
If the smoking or cigarette butts including electric cigarettes should be found in your room, total charge of JPY50,000 will be imposed on you for room cleaning and room damage compensation.
