We keep your luggage at our front desk if you arrive early. However, you will not get your key until 15:00.

If you would like to enjoy the hot spring before check-in, we can issue an onsen passport from 2 p.m. Please stop by and pick it up at the hotel.

There is no problem as long as you check in before 18:00. If you will check in after 18:00, please contact us.

Yes, we can keep your luggage before your check-in & after your check-out time, if you pick up on same day.

Absolutely. Please contact the hotel in advance to inform us of any packages we should be expecting. Note: We do not accept Cash, Valuables, Food and Fragile Articles.

Reservation must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge as below:
- 14 days prior to arrival: 30% charge of one night room and tax
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50%
- 3 days prior to arrival: 80%
- After 6 p.m. on the day before and No show: 100% charge of one night room and tax

Yes, Credit cards such as VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners and other major international credit cards are honored here.

There is an extra Kinosaki regional hot spring tax for each adult (JPY150) and bath admission (JPY280).

Guests who make reservations directly through our official website can enjoy complimentary parking. However, for reservations made through other agents, there is a parking fee of ¥1,000 per night.

Please be aware that upon arrival, you should temporarily park at the front entrance, where our staff will guide you to the parking area.

*Additional charges apply for campers, microbuses, and vehicles with a height of 2 meters or more. Please inform us of your vehicle type in the remarks section when making a reservation.

Solo travelers are accepted subject to availability. Reservations can be made from one week in advance so please contact us 7 days prior to your desired date.

We usually serve both of dinner and breakfast in our main dining room [CYAN] located on the ground floor.

You can have dinner starting either at (1)18:00- or (2) 18:30-; breakfast at (1) 7:30- or (2) 8:00- or (3) 8:30-. We will ask your preference.

If you have any special meal requirements like Vegetarian, Celiac, allergies or specific foods that you cannot eat, please make a request by email at least 7 days prior to your stay and explain in detail what you can not eat. We will consult our chef as to what arrangements we can make.

If you stay during a special occasion, we can deliver the following items to your room. Please ask for details by email.

・Bottled champaign (750 ml): JPY7,800~ ※Please make a payment on the spot.

All room types at our inn do not have private showers or bathtubs; only the toilet is located inside the room. However, we have three private baths on-site. You can take a shower or bath in the private baths on the first floor.

The reason there are no baths in the guest rooms is tied to the historical context of Kinosaki Onsen. Due to the extremely limited yield of hot springs in the area, large bath facilities are concentrated in "Soto-yu", the seven communal baths. To efficiently manage the scarce hot spring resources and prevent the depletion of the source, the decision was made to centralize bathing facilities. This historical approach has contributed to the unique charm and communal experience of enjoying baths in Kinosaki Onsen.
The tradition of enjoying various baths and tourists exploring Soto-yu baths contributed to the growth of souvenir shops and eateries. This uniqueness has played a crucial role in sustaining the presence of Soto-yu communal baths in Kinosaki Onsen, supporting the local economy through its historical aspects.

All rooms are non-smoking. Cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated smoking area on the first floor.

※Note: If the smoking or cigarette butts including electric cigarettes should be found in your room, total charge of JPY50,000 will be imposed on you for room cleaning and room damage compensation.

※Note 2: In order to preserve the traditional ambiance, please refrain from using fragrances on the walls.

Yes, there is free wifi available throughout the building as well as in your guestroom.

We have three private baths available for free of charge. You don't have to make a reservation to enjoy it.
Operating hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

All rooms have air conditioning, fridge and TV. The bathroom has a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and towels. Two kinds of Yukatas (Japanese Robe)

We provide complimentary yukata (Japanese robes) for all guests. There are two types of yukata: a colorful one for wearing outside and another plain one for use as pajamas.

Rooms are only for our residents guests. You can have a chat or conference at our lounge(main floor). If you bring stranger to your room,we will charge you additional fee.

After midnight(0 A.M.), the front entrance is locked for security reasons. If you plan to be out past midnight, please contact the front desk in advance.
