《A special pop-up event celebrating the Yado Tsunagi project is coming to Kinosaki》

 Yado Tsunagi is a unique initiative that gives new life to yukata from hot spring towns across Japan by transforming them into contemporary fashion and lifestyle pieces. The event is organized by Yamato Co., Ltd., a kimono maker founded in 1918 and the company behind Kobayashiya's original Yatsu-Ore Geta wooden sandals.

 Through YAMATO Lab., the company explores Japanese culture from fresh perspectives, creating new possibilities while honoring tradition. As part of this project, fabric from Kobayashiya's own yukata has also been reimagined into a variety of fashion items. If you're visiting Kinosaki, don't miss the chance to see—and experience—these one-of-a-kind creations.

 「宿つなぎ −逗留の記憶、響く下駄の音−」を城崎温泉で開催
 2026年8月1日（土）～8月16日（日）MMM（城崎温泉）

 全国の温泉地の“ゆかた”を使い繋げるプロジェクト「宿つなぎ」にフォーカスしたポップアップイベントが、城崎の「MMM」にて開催されます。

 運営されている株式会社やまとは、当館のオリジナル下駄《八つ折れ下駄・小林屋ver》を製作していただいている、大正6年創業のきもの専門メーカーです。⁡

 今回のプロジェクトは「YAMATO Lab.（やまとラボ）」として、日本文化を探究し、新たな視点による可能性を生み出す挑戦。当館の浴衣生地も、様々なファッションアイテムに転用されています。ぜひこの機会に手にとってみてください。

 なお、期間中は城崎温泉の下記 9 か所に、「宿つなぎ」オリジナルの暖簾が掲げられます。暖簾に使われるゆかたは、すべて城崎温泉 地の 14 の旅館から譲り受けたものです。
 「暖簾めぐり」実施場所: MMM(ポップアップイベント会場)、外湯 6 か所(鴻の湯、まんだら湯、一の湯、地蔵湯、柳湯、御所の湯)、城崎麦わ ら細工伝承館、城崎文芸館 ⁡
