10月から11月にかけて、城崎温泉では以下の①と②の車両交通規制が行われます。お車でお越しの際はご注意ください。（英語の後に日本語が続きます） From October to November, the following two types of traffic restrictions (① and ②) will be implemented in Kinosaki Onsen. If you are planning to come by car, please take note.
① Autumn Festival Road Closures (October 14 & 15, 2025) During the Kinosaki Onsen Autumn Festival, the following road restrictions will be in place. As the 14th is a public holiday, heavy traffic congestion is expected. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
■ October 14 (Mon, Public Holiday), 2025 15:00 – 17:30 (Restricted access) City road / From Jizo-yu Bridge to Oh-bashi Bridge
■ October 15 (Tue), 2025 08:30 – 09:00 (Road closed to all vehicles) Prefectural road / From Jizo-yu Bridge to JR Kinosaki Onsen Station
10:40 – 21:00 (Road closed to all vehicles) Prefectural road / From Jizo-yu Bridge to Tsukimi Bridge City road / From Jizo-yu Bridge to Oh-bashi Bridge
② “Pedestrian-Friendly Trial” Road Closures (November 13–16, 2025) From November 13 (Thu) to November 16 (Sun), 2025, vehicle access will be restricted in several areas of Kinosaki Onsen. During the closure hours, please use the temporary free parking areas and shuttle bus service.
＜Period＞ November 13 (Thu) – November 16 (Sun), 2025 ＜Closed Sections and Hours＞ ・Kita-Yanagi Street (approx. 230m) → 10:00 – 22:00 ・Yuno-sato Street (approx. 380m) → 17:00 – 22:00 ・Minami-Yanagi Street (approx. 230m) → 19:00 – 22:00 ※ During these times, streets will be pedestrian-only.
＜Free Shuttle Bus Service＞ Operating days: November 13 (Thu) – 16 (Sun), 2025 Route: Temporary parking lots ⇄ Main onsen town areas Interval: Every 10–15 minutes (free of charge)
