Aboutこのお部屋についてThe historic queen bedrooms in the main building, which are designated as registered tangible cultural properties, offer the most scenic views of Kinosaki.
A blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design, the historic bedrooms offer a queen bed, a large work desk, lounge chairs at veranda with stunning view of willow lined street. The room also features a large flat screen TV, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker and selected hand crafted Japanese pottery.登録有形文化財に指定されている本館客室（Historic Rooms）の中で、ベッドルームを有する客室です。柳並木に面し、川沿いの城崎らしい景観を楽しめます。ワーケーションにも対応できるよう幅広デスクと高速wifiを完備。
本館客室それぞれには、山陰の異なる窯元から茶器類をセレクト。お茶は姫路の[井上茶寮] 、ハンドソープは松山油脂の[Marks&Web]シリーズを配備するなど、伝統工芸からコンテンポラリーまで環境に配慮した上質なアイテムを厳選しました。 -

Wall Mirror by Sori Yanaga柳宗理のミラーDesigned by Sori Yanagi, a pioneer of industrial design in Japan after the world war II, the beautifully simplistic shape of this mirror is made via the ‘bentwood’ technique; a very technical skill that is only possible via the high capabilities of Akita woodworkers.1977年に発表された、柳宗理デザインの秋田木工製ウォールミラー。秋田木工の高い技術力だからこそ成せる「曲木」を使ったシンプルな形です。戦後の日本を代表するインダストリアルデザイナーである柳宗理が、毎日使うことを考えてつくった、使い易くて飽きがこないシンプルなデザインのミラーです。

Toshihiko Kiln's pottery丹波焼 俊彦窯の器One of the six ancient kilns of Japan, Tanbayaki(potteries) has produced folk-wares from the Kamakura period to the present. Toshihiko Kiln is famous for his stunning scraping and chamfering techniques which represent yin-yang feelings to houseware. He studied from Kawai Kanjiro, a guru of the Mingei (folk-art) movement.日本六古窯の一つ丹波焼。そこで河井寛次郎の孫弟子にあたる清水俊彦さんが作る、鎬（しのぎ）と面取りの技法を中心とした器は、日々の食卓に合うだけでなく、光によって違う表情を見せる面の陰影の美しさも魅力です。

Easy Chair（S-5016NA-ST）By Daisaku Choh天童木工の低座椅子Produced by the world-renowned architect Junzo Sakakura, designed by Daisaku Choh, the Easy Chair was born when a certain kabuki actor requested to design a mansion, they designed this "low seat chair" together. The height to the seat is 29cm. You can sit with your legs thrown out, and you can also sit cross-legged on the wide seat.ある歌舞伎役者からの依頼で邸宅を設計した際、一緒にデザインしたのがこの「低座イス」です。 「和室での暮らしに違和感なくとけ込み、ゆったりとくつろげるイスに座りたい」という要望に出した答えがこれでした。坂倉準三建築研究所のグッドデザイン・ロングライフデザイン賞受賞作。設計はプロダクトデザイナーの長大作。
